Our first collection is in development. Here is how delivery will be agreed before you order.
Before you pay
No shipping service or fixed delivery charge is offered yet. Share your destination country and postcode in an availability enquiry. We will confirm the object, packed dimensions and weight, shipping service, full delivery charge and expected dispatch date before asking you to place an order.
The making and the journey
Production and transit are separate stages. Both estimates will be set out in the order proposal. We do not currently promise a standard dispatch window, free shipping, a delivery guarantee, or duties-paid delivery.
International delivery
Availability depends on the destination and the finished product. Any destination restrictions, customs responsibilities, taxes and import charges will be explained before payment. If we cannot support your destination, we will say so before accepting an order.
Natural materials, careful packing
We are developing the collection around small objects to keep packing and transport manageable. Packing weight is different from product weight. Published concept weights and dimensions are design targets, not carrier quotes.
Questions or transit damage
Use Get in touch to tell us about an issue. Retain the outer packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging where possible. A specific reporting process and resolution will accompany accepted orders.
