Information you choose to share
An enquiry contains your name, email address, message and, when applicable, the objects and inscription you selected. These details are saved in the store database so the team can respond and assess availability. Avoid including payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Your saved selection
The selection is stored in your browser under hewly-bag-v1. It is not sent to us until you choose to submit an enquiry that includes it. You can remove items in the bag or clear your browser storage. The store does not need advertising cookies to provide this feature.
Hosting and administration
The public store runs on a privately managed server with restricted administrator access. Technical request, security and error logs may be processed to deliver and protect the service. Customer enquiries are stored separately from our other websites. Visitors do not need to sign in. We do not sell enquiry details or send them to an image-generation service.
Purpose and retention
We use enquiry details to respond to the request, prepare an agreed proposal and protect the service against abuse. We intend to remove closed enquiries after 90 days unless continued correspondence, an accepted order or a legal requirement justifies keeping them. The CMS supports permanent removal; retention is currently managed by the owner rather than an automatic deletion job.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the contact form with the email used in the original enquiry to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Your legal rights and available complaint routes depend on your location and the applicable operator.
Changes before launch
This notice will be updated when the payment provider and final operating practices are confirmed. No promotional mailing list is enabled in this preview.
